Super Easy Exotic Taco Cups

Inspired from chef Jodi of createkidsclub, this recipe takes a unique twist on tacos. With layering of delicious Wrapster Flour Tortilla, tasty mince and melted cheese this will surely be a hit among your family.

Ingredients

Wrapster Flour Tortilla small -10 pcs
Minced beef- 1/2 kg
Boiled/refried black beans - 2 cups/400gm
Diced tomatoes- 2 cups/400gm
Cheddar cheese - 3/4 cup
Garlic powder- 1 tsp
Onion powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Pepper- 1/4 tsp
Crushed chili flakes- 1/4 tsp

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Brown meat then drain and return to pan. Stir in diced tomatoes, boiled black beans, and spices.
3. Fold Wrapster tortillas(small), bending to fit into the muffin tin.
4. Once your tortilla cups are in your muffin tin, evenly distribute the cooked taco meat into cups.
5. Now top with cheddar cheese.
6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until shells are crispy and browned. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
